14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns are free within this period for most items. To start a return, please contact us at sales@littleandgiantexplorers.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or arrange a collection and instructions.
Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you no longer want the item.
Please ensure that all product details, measurements and descriptions are reviewed carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if:

You received the wrong item
We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, refund or repair, depending on the situation.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund process.
