Free Mainland UK Delivery: All deliveries within mainland UK are free of charge, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 6 business days. Delivery dates are specified on each product's page.
Next Day Delivery:
- For items eligible for Next Day Delivery (as indicated in the product description), orders placed before 1 pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day via a next-day courier.
- Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Similarly, orders placed after 1 pm on Thursday will be processed on Friday and delivered on Monday.
Please note: Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays.
GPSR: The Northern Ireland Protocol, part of the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement, was introduced to prevent a hard border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. As a result, Northern Ireland remains aligned with the EU's single market for goods, while the rest of the UK does not.
Regrettably, like many other small UK businesses, we are temporarily suspending shipping to Northern Ireland. This decision comes in response to the new regulations set to take effect on 13th December 2024. These changes require us to employ an EU-based agent to verify that our products meet compliance standards, along with significantly increased paperwork to certify product safety.
